Bright Beginnings Childbirth Classes

1 Day Labor Workshop held on Saturdays

      -Locations - Winchester, Harrisonburg, and Chantilly

      -Call or e-mail for dates and to register

      -Class can be taken in 2 parts: Morning session one month

                  Afternoon session another month

Private classes- 1 session : 5.5 hours

     -Held at my home in Maurertown.

     -I cover the same information as the group class, but I personalize the class to fit your needs, concerns, and schedule.

Happiest Baby Class

    - Learn techniques to calm and soothe your new baby. Help your baby to sleep longer and cure colic!  

One Day Workshop - $130 -Winchester and Harrisonburg

                                    $150 -Chantilly

Private Classes - $150

Happiest Baby Class - $40 (Includes Free DVD)

Doula Services  

  $900 - $450 deposit and $450 at postpartum.                                     Can be broken into 3 payments if needed.  

  Includes: At least 2 prenatal meetings, to discuss birth options and preferences, and to get to know each other.

 On call starting at 38 weeks until baby is born.

 Support through entire labor and birth. I usually stay about 2 hours postpartum.

 Pictures of labor and birth if desired.

 A postpartum meeting at your home to discuss birth and help with any breastfeeding or baby care issues you may be having.

 Breastfeeding support.

 24/7 phone support for questions or concerns.
